Galaso Gambazo, a 45-year-old married man and father of 5 children, heard the Word of God in his heart language of Dawro for the first time through an evangelist missionary in his village. He heard the story from John 4 about the Samaritan woman at the well. The preacher read this story from Jesus’ life and emphasized the part about the living water which gives eternal life that Jesus freely offers to anyone who accepts it. The missionary explained that no matter who we are, Jesus loves us all unconditionally. When the preacher quoted Jesus saying, “Whoever drinks this water will never thirst again because I will give them eternal life,” Galaso understood what he heard in his own language and immediately accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior!

So, the Word of God translated into the heart language which Galaso fully understands touched him, and now Jesus will forever transform Galaso and his family’s lives!
