Scripture in Every Language by 2033
The 12 Verse Challenge was birthed out of illumiNations’ mission to make God’s Word accessible to every language on earth by 2033. Since the inception of the 12VC in 2020, countless people have taken the challenge, resulting in 1,031,734 chapters of the Bible being translated. 763,792 chapters remain.
The average cost of translating one verse of Scripture is $35. By taking the 12 Verse Challenge, you commit to $35 a month to translate 12 verses of Scripture each year, until the work is done. 100% funds Bible translation work. Let’s do this together!

God’s Word Changes Everything.
But not everyone has access to Scripture.
Today, there are approximately 3,400 language groups with little or no access to Scripture.
Over 1,100 people groups do not have even a single verse of Scripture in a language they best understand. Their Bibles are blank.
But the good news …
By 2033, We Envision:
95% of people will have access to the full Bible.
99.96% will have access to the New Testament.
100% will have access to Scripture.
100% of the world’s most strategic written languages will be available in 2 useable translations.
We refer to this objective as our All Access Goals.
